It’s been thirty years since the West Coast Eagles’ historic 1992 premiership – the first team outside Victoria to win the flag. To commemorate the 30th anniversary of this seismic achievement, we've handcrafted a special, limited-release gin: an essential purchase for any die-hard supporter.

The Anniversary Gin marries juniper berry with the familiarity of Geraldton wax – a native Western Australian aromatic found in abundance around Subiaco (Subiaco Oval became the home of the 1992 premiership trophy).
Juniper and citrus are the first notes to hit the palette, created by the finest Macedonian juniper berries, fresh orange and Australian desert lime. Geraldton wax follows, delivering a floral touch that balances the gin’s flavour.
This balanced and nuanced gin complements the widest range of gin-based beverages. Designed to savour, whether in a cocktail or displayed proudly in a collection.

Former Eagles players Ashley McIntosh and Tony Evans came by the Spirit of Little Things distillery to reminisce on the Eagle’s inaugural premiership and to test the Anniversary Gin for themselves. The Little Things team even put them to work – with each former player labelling a few bottles.
When asked about the most memorable aspects of the game, Ash recalled that he and the boys started with a bit of nervous energy – “I mean, there were 100,000 people screaming.” He credits this nervousness as the reason for Geelong pulling ahead early.
Tony expanded on the Eagles' first-half deficit, “Geelong got out to twenty-eight points up and were looking fairly dangerous, but we steadied and went into half-time ten points down. To be perfectly honest, there wasn’t any panic. In fact, there was a certain calm – a feeling that Geelong had rolled the dice, played their best footy and we were only ten points down. We really felt like we hadn’t even got going. After the half-time break, we went out and got on top of them and dominated."
The Eagles’ 1992 premiership was the first time the trophy had left Victoria. Tony summed up the legacy of his team's victory – "What you’re left with is the bond and friendship of everyone who was at the club and the shared experience we had with our supporters.”
